Venus

Venus is entered from the central courtyard. Inside there is plenty of space and the furnishings are of a high standard. A glass door from the lounge provides access to a large terrace that is furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella. There are magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling Chianti hills.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, table and a designer iron armchair covered with cushions.
On the other side of the room is the well equipped kitchenette. To the left of the room is a wooden table with seating for 6 people.

Passing under an arch, one comes to a spacious twin bedroom with a lovely wooden chest of drawers. The beds are high quality and made of iron, in keeping with typical Tuscan style. A dressing room is equipped with storage space for belongings. To the left of the dressing room, there is a large bathroom with shower. At end of the corridor there is a double bedroom with an iron-framed bed, armchair and a large wardrobe. Two windows provide plenty of light.

The twin room can be made into a double. If required this must be requested when booking.

Payment by bank transfer:
30% deposit upon booking
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation: Before 60 days prior to arrival, full refund of the deposit
From 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% refund of the deposit
From 30 to 0 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded

The following additional costs shall be paid upon settlement of the balance:
– Tourist tax of €2.00 per adult aged 15 and over, calculated for a maximum of the first 7 days of stay
– Final cleaning fee: €170.00
– Small pets allowed: €12 per pet per day
– Additional person on sofa bed: €50.00 per day
– Infants: crib and high chair available free of charge
– Heating, upon request, will be charged at a daily flat rate
– No security deposit is required
– When settling the balance, please provide the names and ID of all guests
