Borea

Borea is a first floor villa with fantastic views from it’s many windows. Stone steps lead up from the communal terrace to the entrance off a pretty balcony. Entering under an archway, one comes to the large open plan living area which has plenty of light from the many windows. The dining area comprises a big wooden dining table and six chairs, and is in close proximity to the fully-equipped kitchen. At the other side of the dining table is a terracotta arch embracing the entire room, which leads on to a comfortable, furnished lounge area. From here, one comes to a large bathroom with shower.

Off the corridor is a small twin room with lovely twin iron-framed beds, and a large chest of drawers. Like the rest of this wonderful villa the high ceiling is in typical Tuscan style with terracotta tiles and wooden beams.

To the other side is the large double bedroom with a beautiful four poster iron-frame bed, wardrobe, mirror and armchair. On one wall is a decorative fireplace. Between the bedrooms is a small bathroom with shower.

The twin room can be made into a double. Should this be required, please request it when booking. Borea’s neighbour is Pandora and both villas are accessed from the balcony. For dining outside, guests can use the furnished communal terrace.

Payment by bank transfer:
30% deposit upon booking
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation: Before 60 days prior to arrival, full refund of the deposit
From 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% refund of the deposit
From 30 to 0 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded

The following additional costs shall be paid upon settlement of the balance:
– Tourist tax of €2.00 per adult aged 15 and over, calculated for a maximum of the first 7 days of stay
– Final cleaning fee: €170.00
– Small pets allowed: €12 per pet per day
– Additional person on sofa bed: €50.00 per day
– Infants: crib and high chair available free of charge
– Heating, upon request, will be charged at a daily flat rate
– No security deposit is required
– When settling the balance, please provide the names and ID of all guests
